Mai, North-Uist<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In Kallin war ein Fischverk\u00e4ufer, bei dem wir uns f\u00fcr heute unser Abendbrot sicherten. Niemals habe ich solche Berge von Jakobsmuscheln gesehen! Irgendwo zwischen Paible und Tigharry war eine Kirche mit unendlich vielen Autos, die da parkten. Da stand auch ein Polizei Auto, und wie David nunmal ist, hielt er an und fragte was hier los sei. Eine Polizisten erkl\u00e4rte, dies sei die Beerdigung einer \u201every popular person\u201c, und ob wir zuf\u00e4llig da vorne links auf den Campingplatz wollten, denn wenn ja, so h\u00e4tten wir Gl\u00fcck, denn gleich w\u00fcrde die Stra\u00dfe gesperrt. \u201eNein, nein\u201c sagt David, \u201ewir fahren weiter zur Landspitze.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Baile Raghnaill<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir fahren also weiter, sehen aber Di und Bert nicht mehr. Ich denke mir, ich frag mal auf WhatsApp nach wo die so sind, da kommt schon eine Nachricht: \u201eWir sind nach Balranald abgebogen\u201c. Jetzt mu\u00dfte ich erst mal gucken wo Balranald ist, fand es aber nicht. Da es aber nicht so viele M\u00f6glichkeiten gab abzubiegen, beschlossen wir umzudrehen und auf Schilder nach Balranald zu achten. Wir wendeten in 20 Z\u00fcgen und kamen bald wieder in die N\u00e4he der Kirche, da sahen wir schon das Polizeiauto die Stra\u00dfe blockieren und die Polizistin, wie sie eine Kolonne von 100 Fahrzeugen in eine bestimmte Richtung lotste: Baile Raghnaill. Das mu\u00dfte der G\u00e4lische Name von Balranald sein, wo Di und Bertie abgebogen waren und jetzt auf uns warteten. Laut Wegweiser war dort ein Friedhof, und all die Leute, die in der Kirche waren, fuhren jetzt zur Bestattung. Wir kamen nicht hin und die beiden nicht zur\u00fcck. Zum Gl\u00fcck hatten wir noch Zeit bis unsere F\u00e4hre in Berneray ab fuhr.<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedgallery class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir telefonierten hin und her um uns zu finden, als die ersten Fahrzeuge der Autokolonne Di und Bert erreichten. Es dauerte eine Weile, bis wir uns hinten anreihen konnten, aber irgendwann klappte es dann und wir trafen unsere Freunde in der N\u00e4he des Friedhofs an einem Campingplatz in einem Naturreservat. Es war wohl der Bruder des B\u00e4ckers, oder sowas, der verstorben war, und angeblich waren 700 Leute gekommen, sogar von den benachbarten Inseln. Abgefahren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Strand an diesem Reservat war mega! Das Wasser war so t\u00fcrkisblau, das kann nicht mit rechten Dingen zugegangen sein. Jemand mu\u00df Farbe ins Wasser gesch\u00fcttet haben. Das kommt leider auf den Fotos so gar nicht durch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedgallery
